Five ways to play with us. Adult groups and cardio tennis both begin with a free trial session.
Tennis for 3–5 year olds, run as play. The whole session is movement — throwing, catching, striking, dodging — on a large flat space rather than a marked court, so nothing about it feels too big for them.

For 5–8 year olds on a modified court with a lowered net. This is where a child stops hitting one ball at a time and starts keeping a rally alive with a partner — then plays their first real matches, individually and in teams.

For 8–10 year olds on a bigger court with a faster ball. Rallies are now long enough that tactics matter, so sessions move from "can you hit it" to "where are you hitting it, and why" — in singles and doubles.

For 10–12 year olds on a full-size court with a ball close to the real thing. Green splits two ways — kids who play for fun and want to keep enjoying social tennis, and kids who want the challenge of competition. We'll tell you honestly which suits your child.

Small groups sorted by level, mixing drills, footwork and match play in a social session. Most people arrive not knowing what level they are — that's normal, and placing you is our job, not yours.

The fastest way to change your game. One coach, one player, and a session built entirely around what you're trying to fix — a first serve, a backhand you avoid, or nerves that arrive the moment someone keeps score.

A group fitness class that happens to use a racquet. Music on, short intervals, constant movement, nobody queuing for a turn. You don't need a partner, a level, or any real tennis history — if you can move, you can do this.

Seven weeks of Saturday morning competition for players ready to put their coaching to work in real matches — juniors coming out of Green stage, and adults who want a regular hit that actually counts for something.
Venue and grading for the next season are being confirmed — register and we'll come back to you with times.
